Amazon Planning New TV and Movie Streaming Services

There are reports that Amazon wants to go to the video subscription services including New TV and movies streaming. This information has been revealed by the Wall Street Journal that the new Amazon video subscription services will be compatible for all those Amazon devices (Roku , Xbox 360 and PC) uses for video. This Amazon video subscription services for movies and series would introduce direct competition to Netflix.

Amazon will offer cheap prices for its new streaming services. At present Amazon is taking charges of $1.99 for individual TV episodes. The new streaming services will be much cheaper and hopefully free subscription will be provided for the Amazon Prime members who already pay $79 per year.

There are rumors that Apple will offer $0.99 streaming rental on iTunes in near future, so Amazon will have to take swift steps in order to compete Apple.
